We sell the original filter, not a copy of it
Every filter on this site is the genuine part made by or for the appliance manufacturer, supplied new and unopened in the manufacturer's own sealed packaging, with the manufacturer's part number printed on the box.
We don't stock aftermarket filters. Not as a cheaper option, not as a house brand, not at all.
Why that matters
Most of what's sold online as a refrigerator water filter is a compatible copy — a different product, made by a different company, designed to fit the same housing. Some are fine. Some fit poorly, restrict flow, or don't reduce what the original does.
A genuine filter is the exact part your refrigerator's manufacturer specifies. It fits as designed, performs as tested, and raises none of the questions an aftermarket part can.
We are an independent retailer
We are not an authorised dealer for any appliance manufacturer, and we're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. We say so plainly because it explains our pricing.
We buy genuine manufacturer stock through the open wholesale market and resell it. Because we're independent, we aren't bound to the manufacturers' list prices — which is why the same part often costs less here than through a brand's own store.
Being independent changes nothing about what's in the box. Same part, same packaging, same production line.
How we work
- Sealed packaging. Filters ship exactly as they arrive from the manufacturer. We don't repackage, rebox or relabel anything.
- Fast dispatch. Orders placed on a business day ship within 24 hours.
- A real guarantee. Wrong part? Send it back unopened within 30 days for a full refund. Filters are easy to order wrong and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
- Auto-refill without the trap. Cancel online in your account, any time. No phone call, no cancellation fee, no minimum number of deliveries. We email you before every charge.
Getting the right part
The part number is printed on your current filter. If you can't get to it, your refrigerator's model number is on a sticker inside the fridge — usually the left wall, the ceiling of the compartment, or behind the crisper drawers.
Every product page lists the refrigerator models that part is made for. If yours isn't listed, email us before ordering and we'll confirm rather than let you guess.
