Are these really genuine filters?
Yes. Every filter we sell is the original part made by or for the appliance manufacturer, supplied new and unopened in the manufacturer's own sealed packaging with the manufacturer's part number printed on the box. They are not aftermarket copies, and we do not sell aftermarket copies.
Are you an authorised dealer?
No, and we say so plainly. We are an independent retailer — we source genuine manufacturer stock through the open wholesale market and resell it, which is why our pricing is not tied to the appliance brands' own list prices. Being independent changes nothing about what is in the box: the same part, in the same packaging, from the same production line.
Will this affect my refrigerator's warranty?
A genuine OEM filter is the exact part the manufacturer specifies for your fridge, so it raises none of the questions an aftermarket filter can. Keep your receipt as a record of the part number you installed.
How do I find my refrigerator's model number?
Open the fridge door and look for a sticker on the inside left wall, the ceiling of the compartment, or behind the crisper drawers. Match that model to the filter part number listed on each product page.
How often should I replace my filter?
Every 6 months, or sooner if water flow slows or the taste changes. That interval is the manufacturer's own recommendation.
