What auto-refill is

Auto-refill is our subscription option. When you choose Subscribe & save on a product page instead of One-time purchase, we ship you the same filter automatically every 6 months at a lower price than a one-off order, and you pay each time it ships.

Manufacturers recommend replacing a refrigerator water filter every 6 months, so the schedule is set to match. You are not locked into a minimum number of orders.

What you pay

The subscriber price is shown on the product page next to each pack size before you order, and again at checkout before you pay. It is the price you will be charged on every delivery, not an introductory rate that rises later.

Larger packs cost less per filter. The pack you choose when you subscribe is the pack you receive each time.

Prices exclude shipping and tax, which are calculated at checkout based on your address.

When you are charged

• Your first payment is taken at checkout, and that order ships immediately.
• Every following payment is taken automatically every 6 months from the date of your first order.
• We email you before each charge so nothing is a surprise. If you want to skip, change or cancel, do it before that charge.

Payments are taken from the card or payment method you used at checkout. You can update it any time in your account.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

Log into your account at https://refrigeratorwaterfilter.co/account and open the subscription. From there you can:

• Skip the next delivery
• Change how often it arrives
• Change the pack size or the filter
• Update your delivery address or payment method
• Cancel outright

Changes apply to your next scheduled order. If a payment has already been taken, that order is on its way and will be treated as a normal order under our returns policy.

Can't access your account? Email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.co and we will cancel it for you. We will never ask you to call in order to cancel.

If a payment fails

If your payment method is declined, we will email you and retry over the following few days. If it still fails, we pause the subscription rather than cancelling it, so you can restart without setting everything up again. Nothing ships until a payment succeeds.

If prices change

If we change the subscriber price for a filter you receive, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you have time to cancel or change your plan if you would rather not continue.

Returns on subscription orders

Subscription deliveries are covered by the same 30-day guarantee as any other order. If a filter arrives and it is the wrong part, send it back unopened for a full refund. See our returns policy for details.

What you are buying

Every filter on this site is a genuine part supplied in the original manufacturer's sealed packaging. We are an independent retailer and are not an authorised dealer of, nor affiliated with, any appliance manufacturer. Brand names and part numbers identify the genuine parts we sell.
