Auto-refill subscriptions

Some products on this store can be bought as a one-time purchase or on auto-refill. If you choose auto-refill, you agree to a recurring subscription on the terms below.

Billing frequency

Filters are delivered and billed every 6 months, which matches the manufacturer's recommended replacement interval. Your first payment is taken at checkout and that order ships immediately. Each following payment is taken automatically on the same date every 6 months.

What you are charged

The subscriber price for each pack size is shown on the product page before you order, and again at checkout before you pay. That is the amount charged on every delivery. It is not an introductory rate that increases later.

Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Notice before each charge

We email you before every recurring charge so you have time to skip, change or cancel. If you do nothing, the order ships and the payment is taken as scheduled.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries. There is no requirement to call us.

2. Open your subscription
3. Select Cancel

Cancellation takes effect immediately for all future deliveries. If a payment has already been taken, that order is on its way and is handled under our return and refund policy.

If you cannot access your account, email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.co and we will cancel it for you. We will never require a phone call to cancel.

Skipping, pausing and changing

From the same account area you can skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, change the pack size or product, or update your address and payment method. Changes apply to your next scheduled order.

Failed payments

If a payment is declined we will email you and retry over the following few days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, so you can restart it without setting it up again. Nothing ships until a payment succeeds.

Price changes

If we change the subscriber price of a product you receive, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect so you can cancel or change your plan first.
