Where we ship
We ship across the United States. If your address isn't offered at checkout, email us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
Cost
- Free shipping on orders over $35.
- Orders under $35: shipping fee of $2.97
- Exact shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Because a single filter usually sits just under the free shipping threshold, most customers find a multi-pack works out cheaper overall than two separate single orders.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before cut-off time, 8am on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, ship the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

These are estimates from the carrier, counted from dispatch rather than from when you order. They are not guarantees, and delivery can run longer during holiday periods or bad weather.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number arrives by email when the parcel ships. If tracking hasn't updated for 3 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Subscription deliveries
Auto-refill orders ship on the same schedule as any other order. We email you before each charge, so you always know a delivery is coming. Full details are in our Auto-Refill Terms.
Wrong or damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the filter inside isn't what you ordered, email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.co within 48 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you — you won't be asked to pay return postage for our mistake.
