1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We sell genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) refrigerator water filters, supplied new, unused and in the original manufacturer's sealed packaging.
We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorised dealer of, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Whirlpool Corporation, General Electric, Samsung, LG Electronics, Transform SR Brands (Kenmore), Electrolux (Frigidaire) or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, model numbers and part numbers on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the genuine manufacturer parts we sell.
3. Product information and compatibility
We take care to list accurate part numbers and compatible refrigerator models, but we do not warrant that every listing is free of error. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part matches your refrigerator before installing it. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Product images are illustrative. Manufacturer packaging and label design may vary between production batches.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and applicable tax, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Multi-pack and promotional pricing is applied automatically at checkout where the stated conditions are met. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, including where the item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
6. Subscriptions
Where you choose auto-refill, you authorise recurring charges on the schedule and at the price disclosed before purchase. Full terms, including how to cancel, are in our purchase options cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time online, with no fee.
7. Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Returns are governed by our return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Warranty and installation
The products we sell carry whatever warranty the original manufacturer provides. We give no additional warranty beyond that and beyond our own return and refund policy.
Installation is your responsibility. Follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the filter. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, by using a filter not suited to your appliance, or by failing to replace a filter at the recommended interval.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission. Site content, design and text are our property or licensed to us.
11. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of THE STATE OF WYOMING, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
