Where we ship
We ship to THE UNITED STATES. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
- Orders under $35: flat rate of $2.97
- Exact shipping is calculated at checkout once your address is entered. No shipping charges are added after checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed before 8am EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are counted from dispatch, not from the time of ordering. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during holiday periods or severe weather.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a second email containing tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 3 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
Subscription deliveries
Auto-refill orders are dispatched on the same schedule and at the same shipping rates as one-time orders. See our purchase options cancellation policy for billing details.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
