Refund policy

30-day guarantee

If a filter does not match your refrigerator, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unopened and in its original sealed manufacturer packaging.

What we can accept

  • Unopened filters in the original sealed manufacturer packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Multi-packs where some filters remain unopened — we refund the unopened units.

What we cannot accept

  • Filters removed from their sealed packaging, or installed. Once a water filter is opened it cannot be resold, and for hygiene reasons we do not resell opened filters.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

If you have already opened a filter that does not fit, contact us anyway. We will try to find a workable solution.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back. Retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
  4. We process refunds within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unannounced parcels take longer to match to an order and refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Ordered in error: return postage is PAID BY THE CUSTOMER .
  • Our error, or item arrived damaged: we cover return postage and provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several additional days to display the credit. Original outbound shipping is NOT REFUNDED, except where the return results from our error, in which case it is refunded in full.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or contains a different filter from the one ordered, email support@refrigeratorwaterfilter.com within 48 hours with a photograph. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Subscription orders

Auto-refill deliveries are covered by this policy. Returning a delivery does not cancel your subscription — cancel it separately in your account. See our purchase options cancellation policy.
